North Sea Partners is a private investment banking firm formed in March 2009 by a group of senior leveraged finance professionals

Our mission is to provide independent balance sheet advice and execution to stakeholders of highly leveraged corporations. We concentrate on delivering non-bankruptcy capital markets solutions, such as tenders, exchanges, amendments, waivers and recaps. Our goal is to identify and advise on transactional solutions that preserve enterprise value for our clients and create greater certainty of return for the investor.

Our team of senior professionals in the US and Europe has extensive international experience, combining a deep understanding of the global credit markets with decades-long relationships with institutional participants.

North Sea is independent and unbiased. We do not operate capital markets or lending businesses, allowing us to avoid conflicts of interest that exist at larger financial institutions.

As part of our commitment to address the needs of the communities in which we work and live, North Sea Partners will contribute 10% of annual profits to social, educational and environmental causes.
